Breath & Sound Journey

Come on a journey guided into Presence through Breath, Body & Sound.   

Your evening will begin by tuning in with the group through sacred song and a cacao ceremony to set the intention and container for your experience.  

 You will then be guided into the breath & body through a breathwork meditation practice. As we journey together, you will feel the energetic support from the group, the plant medicine, sacred sound and the facilitators all aiding in the deepening of your experience.  

Within the present moment, all is revealed. It is here, that true freedom and bliss awakens✨✨✨

Jackie Davies is a yoga teacher, wellness coach/nurse, sound healer and musician; leading you through this experience with the gift of sound. 

Kim McConaghy is a trauma certified breathwork facilitator and meditation guide; leading you through the breath and the body with compassion and spacious awareness.

Together, they hold space to create an unforgettable experiene just for you!
