Experience the expasion and present moment with a beautful breathwork journey utlizing the conscious connected breath from trauma informed, breathwork facilitator, Kim McConaghy. Afterwards you will melt into spaciousness, absorbing vibrational sound therapy from crystal singing bowls and voice by Certifed Sound Therapist and Musician, Jackie Davies.Â
