The Fall Equinox falls on Thursday September 22nd at 9:03pm EST and together we will continue to harness that energy in this group event.
Mantra मन्त्र is a sacred utterance, a word or sound repeated to aid concentration in meditation, believed by practitioners to have magical or spiritual powers. By adding mantra & music we explore beautiful states of expanded bliss together called, Bhakti Yoga; the Yoga of Devotion and Nada Yoga, the Yoga of Sound.
All voices welcome. No experience necessary. Option to join in with your voice or be silent and receive.
