The full moon is a powerful time to let go of what is no longer serving you and to manifest your dreams. When you let go of old beliefs, you create more space to welcome fresh, new energy into your life.
Come along and allow yourself to be bathed in the sacred sound vibrations under the glowing full moon, which will enable you to move into into a deeply mediative state through which your body can effortlessly repair and restore itsself.Â
We will use this time to honour ourselves, release what is no longer serving us and celebrate life.
