This transformative experience begins with kirtan, a devotional practice rooted in ancient traditions. Combining sacred song, live music, and group meditation, kirtan invites you to use your voice as a tool for healing and connection. This active form of sound healing clears energy, fosters deep relaxation, and creates a bridge to the divine within and around you.
After moving energy through the voice, you’ll transition into a restful state, lying comfortably as you receive the therapeutic vibrations of crystal singing bowls, guitar, drums, chimes, and voice. This sound bath promotes deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic alignment.
