Kirtan & Sound Healing Event

Enjoy the healing power of sound with a group through sacred song, mantra, sound frequencies and meditation.  Uplift your heart and voice in this transcendental experience through the power of sacred chant, sound and song.

The Fall Equinox falls on Thursday September 22nd at 9:03pm EST and together we will continue to harness that energy in this group event.

Mantra मन्त्र is a sacred utterance, a word or sound repeated to aid concentration in meditation, believed by practitioners to have magical or spiritual powers. By adding mantra & music we explore beautiful states of expanded bliss together called, Bhakti Yoga; the Yoga of Devotion and Nada Yoga, the Yoga of Sound.

All voices welcome. No experience necessary. Option to join in with your voice or be silent and receive.

We will begin the event with the Kirtan (mantra, music, and sacred song) to raise our vibration through song. Afterwards, you will lay down comfortably to receive sounds, tones, frequencies and energy work to deepen your meditation in a restorative and healing experience.

What is Sound Healing?

Sound Healing is a form of energy work that utilizes various musical instruments, mantra, song, frequencies, tones, voice and expression to create different vibrations in a meditative and healing experience.

It works on 2 principles:

1) Different emotions and energy centres vibrate at different levels.

2) Blocked and unbalanced energy and emotions are the main source of dis-ease.
