Join us for an evening of deep rest and renewal. You’ll transition into a peaceful state, through restorative postures, lying comfortably and supported as you receive the therapeutic vibrations of crystal singing bowls, guitar, drums, chimes, and voice. This sound bath promotes deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic alignment.
The Facilitators
Jackie Davies: Jackie is a singer/songwriter, sound healer and nurse. With her extensive background in yoga, energy work and wellness practices, Jackie is passionate about creating safe, sacred spaces where people can explore their inner landscapes, heal, and find relaxation and renewal.
Trevor Beatty: Trevor is a singer/songwriter, musician and massage therapist. He integrates his knowledge of the physical and energetic body into his practice, using sound, movement, and connection to support holistic healing and balance. Trevor brings his expertise and intuitive understanding of sound and rhythm.
