Traditionally in Taoist teachings 3 types of stones are used. Women would start with healing Jade, then introduces Black Obsidian to work with and integrate her ‘shadow,’ and finally when she feels ready, Rose Quartz which opens the Heart. These stones have been used for thousands of years and their safety and healing benefits are time tested.

For this program we recommend using the Nephrite Jade Crystal to being with, however listen to your intuition and choose a stone that is right for you! We are drawn to crystals for specific reasons and by utlitizing your intuition, you are strengthing the feminine power within. 

Jade is connected to the Heart Chakra and assists in connecting our heart to our creativity and passion(sacral chakra). Especially beneficial for the kidneys and reproductive organs. It is a very grounding, calming, balancing and protective stone that promotes self love, healing and well being. This is an excellent beginner yoni egg due to its weight, thermal conductivity and durability.

Obsidian-Connected to the Root Chakra at the base of the spine. This stone is a very protective stone and benefical for releasing trauma or stored emotions in the body, especially the pelvis. Helping to transmute negative emotions and integrate the shadow aspects of self. 

Rose Quartz- Often referred to as the Love Stone. This healing stone has expansive energy to open the heart chakra. It helps dissolve the barriers and blockages we have against feeling, giving and receiving the energy of love. 

Empowering women with the tools and practices to express and heal herself is something that I feel very strongly about. As we begin to transmute old programing and allow the feminine to truly blossom into the WILD & FREE creature that she is, we are healing the planet. There has been an imbalance in humanity and now we are seeing the rise of the Divine Feminine in this past century. First with the right to vote in the 1920's, birth control and the sexual revolution in the 1960's, the ability to open a bank account in the 1970's and now here we are into the next millienium, TRUE FREEDOM & EMBODIMENT. As women become more empowered and able to rise up to their true potential, we bring balance to humanity. 

Love, compassion, nuturing, unity, connection to the Earth, warmth, creativity, and flow are just some aspects of the feminine which we need more of in the world. 

The groundwork has been layed. Will you now step fearlessly into the next chapter of the Empowered Woman? Claiming your Divine right and bringing balance to the forces of nature.

The Jade Egg Pelvic Floor Exercises are done in private, in your own time. You may choose to do the practice with or without the egg, depending on how you feel that day.

The Jade Stone has tremendous healing benefits. Dating back 5000 years ago; Empresses and Concubines of the Royal Palace in China used eggs carved out of Jade to access sexual power, awaken sensuality, and maintain amazing health well into old age. For years this was only available to members of the Royal Family or Taoist Practitioners, however now is widely available across the world.

“Yoni” is a Sanskrit word for the female genitalia and translates into “sacred space”. The Yoni is has been worshipped in Eastern Cultures, bestowing love and pure creative life force energy. In western society, the Yoni has been lacking appreciation and acknowledgement, often not treated with the care and respect it deserves to awaken to the true potential of its creative life force.

In our Goddess group we review the care of the jade egg and preparatory exercises so that you may feel comfortable to begin this practice.

Many women have suffered trauma, numbness or pain in this delicate area, which is quite common and I want you to go at your own pace. This group will not be a place for one-on-one coaching or counselling, I encourage you to seek additional assistance if needed. There will be support on the group page for you to share your experiences if you choose to do so.
