This expereince is not limited to women, we invite all to join us! This cozy day retreat is guided to be accessible for everyone with modifications to suit beginner and advanced practitioners.

Catered with wholesome meals and snacks to nourish the mind, body and spirit. (Lunch, dinner, snack and all drinks included)
