RESTORATIVE YOGA WITH LIVE MUSIC, REIKI & SOUND HEALINGsettle into a warm studio for a nourishing restorative yoga practice and winter solstice ceremony, enchanted by the melodious voices and heartfelt lyrics of rachel mcgarry and jackie davies. their soul-stirring songs, accompanied by acoustic guitar, crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments will create an intimate ambiance, the perfect way to welcome a return to the light.
together we'll find a sense of grounding and renewal by expressing gratitude for the past year, setting intentions for the future, and embracing the transformative energy of the season.
